Fair Hill Advisors is a boutique human capital consultancy firm specializing in recruiting investment and non-investment professionals across hedge funds, asset managers, and investment banks, while also supporting private equity and venture capital firms and their portfolio companies.

Our Team
Mary Beth Wolfe
Mary Beth Wolfe founded Fair Hill Advisors after 25 years of experience in the financial services sector. Her disciplined approach ensures the firm’s leadership and an overall positive client experience. Mary Beth spent four years as a managing director at Three Arch Advisors, an executive search firm. Prior to Three Arch, she was with J.P. Morgan’s Prime Brokerage business for six years, where she was responsible for leading the development and implementation of new and existing long-term client relationship strategies. Her previous positions include five years as an equity sales trader at Goldman Sachs, and nine years covering institutional clients at Spear, Leeds & Kellogg. She began her career on Wall Street as a credit analyst with Smith Barney.
Mary Beth received her MBA and undergraduate degrees from Fordham University.

Evelyn Mencos
Evelyn Mencos is an Executive Search Consultant at Fair Hill Advisors, where she focuses on recruiting talent across alternative asset managers, including hedge funds, private equity, and venture-backed companies.
She brings over a decade of experience in financial markets, most recently at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE Bonds), where she was Director of Dealer Sales & Account Management. Prior to that, Evelyn spent more than 12 years at MarketAxess, managing relationships with emerging markets fixed income trading desks across Latin America.
Earlier in her career, Evelyn worked in executive recruiting, giving her a unique perspective on both the client and candidate sides of the hiring process. She leverages her deep industry relationships and market insight to connect firms with highly qualified, well-vetted talent.
Evelyn graduated from Tulane University.
Leslie Wright Marino
Lesley Wright Marino began her career as a biotech analyst, spending 14 years in the field with both buy-side and sell-side firms. She later transitioned into real estate, where she spent several years developing commercial and residential properties. Currently, Lesley works in executive search, bringing a multifaceted background and strategic insight to her role. A certified CrossFit trainer, Lesley also enjoys spending her free time tending to her farm in Pennsylvania.
Lesley earned a BA from Cornell University.
