ABOUT US

Fair Hill is a boutique human capital consultancy firm specializing in the recruitment of investment and non-investment professionals for hedge funds, asset managers and investment banks.

Experience is our calling-card. Our team-members boast decades of combined employment in the fields in which we operate. When we form insights into areas of need for our clients, and identify landing spots for candidates, we do so with a practiced understanding of the individual roles and team dynamics that allow financial institutions to thrive.

Our recommendations are based around two key ideas:

  • A thoroughly-researched analysis of our client’s needs

  • A heavily-vetted network of qualified candidates

We work to save our clients time and effort, recommending only those candidates who posses the hard and soft skills needed to fulfill the role we have been hired to fill. We also manage the interview process, providing guidance from start to finish. Our market intelligence and knowledge of the competitive landscape allow us to offer counsel to both client and candidate during contract negotiations, ensuring amenable terms are reached for both parties.
